S they could have minor imperfections on the product in terms of cosmetic appearance such as weave distortion, pin holes, an unclean join in the carbon, foreign objects under the lacquer/clearcoat or other minor issues. In some lights or angles the issues may not be even that noticeable and all are in a saleable condition. Please also note that some factory 2. S parts may require minor adjustments to get them to fit correctly. This being said for the right car and the right person they will be perfect and fit the bill without breaking the bank. Just because these parts are classed as factory 2. S, they are still nicely made and just aren’t cosmetically flawless.
